Tyger-Lee Baise is a Melbourne-based writer of poetry and children’s picture books. She writes to the playful heart of all beings, creating a space for exploring identity, growth and connection.
Tyger-Lee is a self-taught illustrator. She began drawing women’s figures as a way to explore and relate to her own body, developing a sense of awe and wonder of the female form and a deep and abiding love for her own life vessel.
Tyger-Lee believes that every human body is magnificent, and advocates for the celebration and empowerment of every form, from the inside out.
Tyger-Lee Baise has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Master of Counselling. She studied poetry at Monash University.
